The BAUD provides stress relief like you've never seen before. It goes far beyond the generalized relaxation of traditional biofeedback. In fact, comparing the BAUD to traditional biofeedback is like comparing a laser beam to a light bulb. The BAUD gives you a powerful, pinpoint focus on the inner stress source of your outer problem.The BAUD is based on well-established psycho-neurological principles that are supported by decades of research. The BAUD emits sound frequencies that are common to brain frequencies. These frequencies mix, creating a binaural beat effect, which in turn leads to a frequency-following response in the brain. This steady emission of pulsed tones has been shown to entrain the brain, and to affect individual brain frequencies.
